El Salvador Service Mission
In May Dr. Tanner and his wife Janae went on a service mission to El Salvador. Dr. Tanner was able to get thousands of dollars worth of donations to bring with them on their trip to help with treatment. Their group was able to treat 1,051 kids who will be turning in their papers to serve LDS missions. The kids received haircuts, passport photos, medical exams and dental exams, cleanings and any treatment they would need to send in their mission papers. They worked 12-14 hour days with 20 minute meal breaks to make sure they were able to see everyone who needed to be seen.
They had an amazing experience and we hope to be able to do a service mission together as a team.
